Todd Ohle began his culinary career by attending The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and receiving his degree in Culinary Arts. He then attended Florida International University (FIU) in their Hospitality Management program. In 2001, Todd became the executive chef at Rocky Top Hospitality’s flagship location, Michael Dean’s, were he met Sean and Tony. Later that year, he helped open their second location, Bogart’s American Grill. After helming Bogart’s kitchen for almost two years, Todd left Bogart’s in November 2003 to open Rocky Top’s sixth restaurant, Twisted Fork. He then rose to Director of Culinary Operations for Rocky Top Hospitality and was pleased to be the executive chef of their last concept, 1705Prime. Desiring more time to spend with his two daughters, Todd left Rocky Top Hospitality in June of 2008 to become the Food and Beverage Director at The Cypress of Raleigh. In 2016, Todd made the decision to leave this position to partner with Sean and Tony at their new locations.
